ABOUT NY-AJA BOYD

Ny-Aja Boyd is a pediatric speech-language pathologist, dog mom, and author of the new children's book Grandfather's Garden. Ny-Aja has spent the last decade reading and listening to her family heritage stories and has chosen to share her memories with others. Her latest work, Grandfather's Garden, recalls a young granddaughter remembering her grandfather's patient tending of abundant vegetables and lush flowers, especially a prized rose bush. As an educator and speech-language pathologist, Ny-Aja writes for children of all ages, creating dreamy bedtime stories that reflect diverse children. Ny-Aja believes that sharing stories can change the world, and she uses it to inspire and empower young people through her writing.
